HEAD OF CRM ANALYTICS

ABOUT:

Impressive eCommerce business with a strong start-up atmosphere is looking to hire a Head of CRM analytics for their growing CRM team. You will have the opportunity to join an international team with a strong ambition to create one of the most intelligent cloud platforms in the market. With more than 10 years up and running and on top of their rapid development, you'll work with highly skilled cross-functional teams to help create the future of a market 50 times bigger than the music industry!


THE ROLE:

  • Lead the CRM team and work across countries, functions such as brand, analytics and business intelligence and products in order to plan, develop, and execute new lifecycle campaigns
  • Develop ways to communication with customers to help increase satisfaction, retention, and ultimately usage of platform
  • Work with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to develop consumer segmentation and drive consumer insights for lifecycle marketing
  • Work with brand, creative, and engineering teams to design and launch advanced campaigns
  • Develop campaigns that are of high-impact
  • Work with product and engineering teams to define and implement e-commerce store requirements that improve the customer experience
  • Be responsible for communication to consumers globally
  • Budget management
  • Accountable for growing amount of customers and sales


YOUR BACKGROUND:

  • Minimum Master's degree in marketing or business administration or other related fields. MBA degree from a leading institution is a plus.
  • Demonstrable results and 5+ years' experience with planning and developing CRM programs via digital channels
  • Alternatively, experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with significant exposure to customer loyalty and customer insight
  • Hands-on experience with campaigns, A/B testing, and post-campaign analysis
  • Experience with a marketing email or CRM platform a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and zero-defect
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business-fluent in English, and preferably good with at least two additional languages
  • Strong ability to think independently yet operate effectively in and with teams
